Gemini New Moon Women’s Ceremony-
This New Moon in Gemini arrives just as Uranus has entered Gemini, beginning a seven-year journey. Igniting our minds eye to a greater awakening. Opening our pathways of expression, curiosity & possibility. Uranus is the planet that shakes us from old outdated patterns. Gemini is the mind, the way we think, how we communicate, it's our voice and our expression.
This lunation we gather as women to reclaim these parts. Radical authenticity, feminine intelligence, vocal expression, clear thinking and a stabilized nervous system. Uranus in Gemini is here to liberate us from our own negative thought patterns. Creating breakthroughs, while giving us courage to radiate our truth through the power of our throat chakra.

Why conscious breathwork? Because every conscious breath brings one back into the body, regulating the nervous system, oxygenating the blood, cells and so much more! Reclaim your health and wellbeing! In our current society, there is a lot happening that is constantly activating the nervous system into flight, fight or freeze. A nervous system that is always in dis-regulation becomes the centre of dis-ease for the body and mind. The nervous system speaks to our entire body. On every level! It’s so important to keep our nervous system regulated. The most simple and profound way I have come to do this is through consciously connecting to my breath. Each conscious, full breath oxygenates the cells and slows everything down. Inviting you to land deeper into yourself.
