You may notice some changes on the page as I rebrand into a name (my name) that can stay anchored as I grow and add offerings/ more tools to my “Tool kit”.

Growth is such an important piece of our evolution as humans and I am here to support you in your growth and transformation from a stable grounded space.

This is a space for healing that honors your individuality, your rhythm, and your lived experience. I am a Licensed acupuncturist in British Columbia, Canada. I also practice Craniosacral therapy and am devoted to creating deeply personalized healing sessions that meet you exactly where you are.

Whether those unfold in a 1:1 session or one of my group offerings through retreats, workshops or special events.

Each session is intuitively tailored to support your highest evolution and healing.

I offer both individual and group sessions, inform through the chinese medicine 5 elements & astrology, collaborate in breathwork ceremonies, and host events designed to restore balance and connection.

I also hold women’s circles and retreats—sacred spaces for reflection, release, and collective healing. Whether you are seeking gentle support, deep transformation, or a place to feel truly seen, you are welcome here.

Brett creates and holds an absolutely amazing space for healing. Growing up as a competitive, athletic male I never learned how to completely release stacked up feelings from my body.
